## 雇佣状态

## 质押机制

- **雇主质押**: 支付能力保证，默认 = 薪资 × 10 小时
- **自动结算**: 终止时按实际工作时间计算薪资（向上取整到整小时）
- **剩余返还**: 剩余质押金自动返还雇主

## 错误速查
