## Transparency checklist

- Do PDPs for safety-critical products show **age/weight limits**, installation basics, and warnings?
- Is there a **safety & compliance page** that explains how products are selected and certified where applicable?
- Does the privacy policy clearly list **what data is collected**, **why**, and **for how long**?
- Are parents told how to **access, correct, or delete** their data?
- Is cookie/tracking use explained in simple terms?

Use this checklist as a quick scan before publishing changes.

## Parent-facing copy patterns (EN)

**Short data use summary**

- “We use your information to deliver your orders, support you if anything goes wrong, and—only if you choose—to send helpful tips and offers. We never sell your data.”

**FAQ: “What data do you store about my child?”**

- “We only collect information needed to recommend age-appropriate products and deliver your order. Where possible, we use age ranges instead of exact birthdates. You can ask us to delete this information at any time.”

**Safety snippet for PDP (car seat example)**

- “Suitable for children from [weight/height range]. Always follow the included installation guide and your vehicle manual. If you are unsure, contact our support team before use.”

## Review cadence

- Review privacy and safety content at least **once per year**, and when:\n - entering a new market,\n - adding new tracking/analytics tools,\n - expanding into new high-risk product categories.

## Rijoy and consent-aware communication

Use **[Rijoy](https://www.rijoy.ai)** when you want lifecycle or loyalty communication to stay aligned with consent and transparency:

- build segments based on parent preferences (e.g. tips-only, offers, recall notices),\n- run flows that respect opt-in/opt-out status,\n- highlight safety and transparency in member-facing experiences.

Always ensure consent and legal requirements are met before adding customers to any campaign.
