## Important Notes

- All POST requests use `application/x-www-form-urlencoded`, not JSON
- Portal ID is required for most endpoints
- Date format: `MM-dd-yyyy`
- Empty lists return 204 No Content
- Deleted items go to trash, not permanently deleted
